Who is responsible

This website belongs to Dr Shyam N Gupta, Fertility & IVF Specialist, Indira IVF J.P. Nagar, Woody’s Building, 3rd Floor, Plot No. 45/1-1, near Bangalore Central Mall, J.P. Nagar, Bengaluru 560078. If you only read the website

The site counts page views, which buttons are used (for example WhatsApp or call), and how quickly pages load in your browser. It records the page address, the website you came from, whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer, and the page language.

It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not recognise you on a later visit. A random number kept only for the current browser tab groups the pages of a single visit. If your browser sends a “do not track” or Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is recorded at all.

Instagram and Facebook posts load only if you press play on them. Once loaded, those services apply their own privacy policies.

If you create a patient login

We keep your email address, the name you give, what brought you here, your preferred language, and optionally your city, WhatsApp number and a short note. We also record which contact choices you made and when.

This information is used only to send you the updates or messages you agreed to, and to let Dr Gupta understand what patients are looking for. It is not sold or shared with advertisers.

Your choices are separate and optional

• Updates and newsletter — articles and clinic news, shown in your login and sent by email.
• WhatsApp messages about your concern — general information relevant to what you chose. These may be drafted with the help of an AI writing assistant, using your first name, concern and language. Dr Gupta reads, edits and approves every message before he sends it himself. They are general information, not a diagnosis or a treatment plan.

You can switch either off at any time from your login. Switching off stops future messages straight away.

Who can see your information

Only Dr Gupta, through a private dashboard that requires his own sign-in. The website itself cannot read anyone’s details; each signed-in patient can see only their own. The data is stored in a database in Singapore run by Neon, which acts only on our instructions.

Correcting or deleting it

You can change your details at any time from your login, and the Delete my details button removes them immediately. To remove your login email as well, or to ask what we hold about you, contact us at the address above.
